On the radio on my show, "The Michael Cutler Hour" Friday evening at 7:00 PM Eastern Daylight Saving Time

Hi Gang:

Happy Friday!

As I always do on Friday evenings, at 7:00 PM Eastern Daylight Saving Time, I will be hosting my radio program- “The Michael Cutler Hour.”

We have an important program on tap. Don Rosenberg will be my guest.

Last Saturday I was invited to be a guest on Vince Daniels’ radio show. Joining me on the program was another guest, Don Rosenberg. Don’s 25 year old son, Drew was struck and run down by an unlicensed driver. At the time of the accident, Drew was riding his motorcycle and the driver of the vehicle that struck him attempted to flee the scene of the accident by backing up and going forward on Drew body, three times!

Although initially charged with manslaughter, the charge was ultimately reduced to a misdemeanor!

Rather than go through all of the horrific details here, I have invited Don to join me on my show to talk about his son, his death and how the current policies of the LAPD to not impound vehicles driven by unlicensed drivers creates a greater likelihood that more such victims will be injured or killed by unlicensed motorists in California.

Don appeared at a meeting to discuss the issue with the Police leadership and you have to see the video! Here is a link:

Don also wrote letters to California’s Governor Brown. Here are copies of those letters:

It is hard to believe that our government is indeed the government so eloquently described by President Abraham Lincoln when he spoke of a government that was “of the people, by the people and for the people!”

If our government’s failures to secure our nation’s borders and effectively enforce our immigration laws concerns you or especially if it angers you, I ask you to call your Senators and Congressional “Representative. This is not only your right- it is your obligation!

All I ask is that you make it clear to our politicians that we are not as dumb as they hope we are!

We live in a perilous world and in a perilous era. The survival of our nation and the lives of our citizens hang in the balance.

This is neither a Conservative issue, nor is it a Liberal issue- simply stated, this is most certainly an AMERICAN issue!

You are either part of the solution or you are a part of the problem!

Democracy is not a spectator sport!

Lead, follow or get out of the way!
