"Prosecutorial Deception: The $21 Billion DHS Betrayal" – my latest article

Hi Gang:

Kindly forward this e-mail to as many folks as you can and then ask those to whom you send this to forward it on to as many folks as they can.  I am attempting to create a “Bucket Brigade of Truth” and need your help!
America’s immigration laws were enacted to achieve two primary goals- protect innocent lives and the jobs of American workers.  While just about every politician promises to create jobs, the reality is that our nation will never create enough good jobs to get America back on track when our nation admits many more foreign workers who are lawfully entitled to work in the United States, than the number of new jobs that are created.
To clarify the title for my commentary for CAPS- I have written a half-dozen Op-Eds for Fox News Latino. One of them, published just two days after Obama stood in the White House Rose Garden on June 15, 2012 to announce his plans to implement the DACA Program for “DREAMERS,” was described by the Fox News Latino editor this way, Op-Ed: Obama Orders Prosecutorial Deception” Obama’s unprecedented expansion of prosecutorial discretion skirts Congress and undermines the Constitution, argues former INS agent Michael Cutler.
As the increasing number of candidates for the 2016 Presidential election make their statements, announcing their candidacy, it is clear that thus far, not one candidate has called for cutting the foreign workforce in America- but expanding it!  This is nuts and causes more Americans to lose their jobs and wages to continue to decline, while remittances- the money wired home by foreign workers will continue to increase further adding to our national debt.  As wages decline consumers find themselves unable to make purchases upon which companies depend for their business and, ultimately their survival.  As businesses fail, the economy worsens and we find ourselves in a vicious downward cycle.  A Phd in economics is not required to understand this fundamental issue.
Finally, failures of the immigration system to represent the best interests of American citizens also causes our schools and hospitals to become ever more over-crowded, creating more burdens on our already failing infrastructure in many cities across the United States.
My most recent commentary was posted on the Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS) website on June 26, 2015 and provides clear and unequivocal evidence that along with millions of illegal aliens “hiding the shadows” the administration is hiding the truth about the true damage being done to America and Americans by the administration outrageous use of executive orders and “prosecutorial discretion” to fail to effective enforce and administer our immigration laws:

Our borders and our immigration laws constitute America’s first line of defense and last line of defense against international terrorist organizations and transnational gangs and criminal organizations.  For decades politicians from both the Democratic and Republican parties have thrown their oaths of office, commonsense and morality to the wind for campaign contributions.

Trying to hold politicians, irrespective of party affiliations accountable for their words and deeds is not unlike the proverbial impossible task of attempting to “Nail Jello to the wall!”
However, the Obama administration does not simply have a well oiled “spin machine” on call 24/7 it refuses to collect or provide data as required by law and thus the impact that the outrageous policies of the administration- especially where immigration is concerned, are all but impossible to quantify.

On June 17, 2015 the House Subcommittee on National Security and the Subcommittee on Health Care, Benefits and Administrative Rules conducted a joint oversight hearing concerning “A Review of the President’s Executive Actions on Immigration.”  DHS Inspector General (IG) John Roth testified at this hearing along with the directors of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) and USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services). Those agencies, as well as CBP (Customs and Border Protection), all operate under the aegis of DHS (The Department of Homeland Security).  However, The DHS is an agency that is so inept and incapable of carrying outs its most fundamental missions, to secure the homeland against the threats posed by such adversaries as international terrorists and transnational criminal organizations that I have come to refer to the DHS as being the Department of Homeland Surrender!

IG Roth demonstrated real integrity and courage in being surprisingly candid- my article contains a link to his prepared testimony and should be on the required reading list for every American and every member of Congress.
Meanwhile, ISIS and other terror organizations continue their murderous rampages across the Middle East and Europe.  The administration refuses to accept how serious this situation is.  The reality is that terrorists would love nothing better than to carry out a major attack in the United States.
However, rather than seeing in our borders and immigration laws an important weapon in the war on terror, all too many politicians and this administration in particular, see political gains to be had along with opportunities to curry favor with those who have deep pockets and over-flowing checkbooks.  They have turned that important weapon on America and Americans, flooding our nation with aliens from nearly every country on the planet to provide more tourists, more foreign students and more cheap labor.
The cheap labor comes at a huge cost- the destruction of America’s middle class, and with that, the destruction of the “American Dream” and the heart and sole of our nation.  The increasing amounts of remittances wired out of the U.S. economy by the ever-increasing number of foreign workers, hobbles any efforts at economic recovery- yet the administration does virtually nothing to punish employers of illegal aliens, seek the arrest and removal deportation of aliens working illegally in the United States, and finds justification to provide legal status and employment authorization for hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens putting them into direct competition with struggling American workers.
If ever their was a time for Americans to get off their sofas and get involved, this is the time and this particular case is an important issue that needs to be addressed.  Politicians love to take to the floor of the House and the Senate to thump the podium and their chests demanding action be taken.  It is time to call them on it!  Every member of the House and Senate should be demanding that our immigration laws be used for us and not against us, We the People!
Here are some additional articles you should review:
On April 24, 2015 CAPS posted my article:

Prosecutorial Discretion Would Enable Terrorist to Remain in the U.S.

On April 16, 2015, a Federal Grand Jury in the Southern District of Ohio (Eastern Division) handed up a criminal indictment charging a naturalized United States citizen, Abdirahman Sheik Mohamud a/k/a “Ayanle,” a native of Somalia, with three federal crimes: 18 U.S.C. 2339A – Providing Material Support to Terrorists (Count 1) 18 U.S.C. 2339B – Providing Material Support to a…

On March 9, 2015, The Daily Caller published my commentary on the abject lack of integrity to the process by which applications for a wide variety of immigration benefits undermines national security and public safety.  You may be surprised to learn just how dysfunctional this system is and how it poses a serious threat to our nation and our fellow Americans.

On February 25, 2015 The Daily Caller published my article:
On February 24, 2015 Progressives For Immigration Reform posted my commentary about a naturalized United States citizen who was born in Somalia, has recently been placed on the FBI’s “Most Wanted Terrorists List.”  The title of my piece is:

Any discussion about any component of the immigration issue must begin by considering the findings and recommendations and, indeed, warnings of the 9/11 Commission.  On March 11, 2015 FrontPage Magazine published my article,

Ignoring the 9/11 Commission’s Warnings » Even as terrorists expand operations in Europe.

This article was preceded by my December 19, 2014 article for Californians for Population Stabilization:

I addressed the many components of the dysfunctional immigration system that go well beyond the obvious failure of the administration to secure the border that is supposed to separate the United States from Mexico in my article for the David Horowitz Freedom Center’s FrontPage Magazine:

I have come to compare the issue of securing the US/Mexican border with a wing on an airplane.  Without the wing, the airplane will not, of course, fly.  However, a wing by itself goes absolutely nowhere!  We have 50 border states and the key issue is to address the abject lack of integrity to entire immigration system.
This article was published by FrontPage Magazine on January 23, 2015:

Sleeper Cells: The Immigration Component of the Threat

Let also not forget that our immigration laws are supposed to protect the jobs and wages of American workers.  On May 7, 2015 FrontPage Magazine published my article,

  Hopeless in America »

Immigration lawlessness and the destruction of the American dream.

The importance of our borders and our immigration laws cannot be overemphasized.  In the war on terror and transnational gangs, they are our first line of defense and our last line of defense against international terrorists and transnational criminals.  They are equally important to American workers who are facing unfair competition from foreign workers, aided and abetted by the administration and advocates for “Sanctuary Cities” and Comprehensive Immigration Reform.

The starting point for any conversation or legislation concerning immigration must be the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission which determined that a lack of border security, including the visa process. and fraud in the immigration benefits program enabled terrorists to enter and embed themselves in the United States, as they went about their deadly preparations.

In his historic speech before the 3rd Army on May 31, 1944, General George S. Patton said, on the strategy of holding a position:

We’re not holding anything, we’ll let the Hun do that. We are advancing constantly, and we’re not interested in holding onto anything except the enemy.”

Pushing back against Comprehensive Immigration Reform is the same as holding position. The time has come for us to advance by demanding that our borders be made truly secure and our immigration laws be effectively administered and enforced.

Comprehensive Immigration Reform violates all of the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission but no one is willing to even consider how the lack of real border security and the lack of real integrity to the various components of the immigration system imperil national security and public safety.

Immigration is not a single issue but a singular issue that impacts nearly every challenge and threat confronting the United States today!  Simply stated, the immigration laws were enacted to save lives and protect the jobs of American workers.

It is not “Anti-Immigrant” to be “Pro-American!”

Our armed forces are charged with securing America’s borders externally while the DHS is supposed to secure those same borders from within.  The failures of the DHS to live up to its half of the equation are undermining the efforts, valor and incredible sacrifices of Americas men and women who serve in our military!

If our government’s failures to protect American jobs by securing our nation’s borders and effectively enforcing our immigration laws concerns you or especially if it angers you, I ask you to call your Senators and Congressional “Representative. This is not only your right- it is your obligation!

All I ask is that you make it clear to our politicians that we are not as dumb as they hope we are!

We live in a perilous world and in a perilous era. The survival of our nation and the lives of our citizens hang in the balance.

This is neither a Conservative issue, nor is it a Liberal issue- simply stated, this is most certainly an AMERICAN issue!

You are either part of the solution or you are a part of the problem!

Democracy is not a spectator sport!

Lead, follow or get out of the way!
