My article: "The 9/11 Commission Report and Immigration: An Assessment, Fourteen Years after the Attacks"

Hi Gang:

Kindly forward this e-mail to as many folks as you can and then ask that those to whom you send this, to forward it along to everyone they can- I am attempting to create a “Bucket Brigade of Truth!”

Most of you know that the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 were behind my decision to provide my perspectives and concerns about immigration.  I have written many articles about the nexus between immigration failures and the ability of terrorists to enter the United States and embed themselves in communities around the United States as they went about their deadly preparations.

The Social Contract just published my latest article on the nexus between failures of the immigration system and terrorism.

The 9/11 Commission Report and Immigration: An Assessment, Fourteen Years after the Attacks

By Michael W. Cutler, Senior Special Agent, INS (Ret.)

Here is a bit of a back story about this article.
I am hardly the only person to voice concerns about these issues and, in point of fact, the 9/11 Commission and the staff that worked with the 9/11 Commission also reported on this critically important issue.  I was one of ever so many other experts who provided testimony to the 9/11 Commission.  I also joined a veritable parade of experts, over the years, to provide expert witness testimony before a seemingly endless series of Congressional hearings conducted before various committees and subcommittees in both the United States Senate and House of Representatives.
Nevertheless, the administration’s executive actions and failures to enforce our immigration laws and actually secure our nation’s borders to prevent the entry of international terrorists and transnational criminals have continued.  Those members of congress who were willing to voice opposition, attacked the way that the administration’s policies undermined the “Rule of Law” and the Constitution but blithely ignored what should be the obvious and most compelling issue- these policies and failures of the administration undermine national security and public safety.  Yet these issues have been left out of the conversation.  The Republicans or as I have come to refer to them, the “Repugnantcans” appeared content to seize the opportunity for an appearance before cameras and microphones for that ever-important “photo-op” but refused to use the strongest argument about national security.  In my judgement, they weren’t being foolish but simply seeking yet another opportunity to do the bidding of their deep-pocketed contributors to permit a flood of cheap labor, tourists and foreign students enter our country while making political hay at the same time.
The Demoncrats, for the most part, towed the Obama-scripted “party line.”
I approached the editor at The Social Contract last year and asked if he would consider providing me with an opportunity to publish a major article in his publication about the nexus between immigration, national security and the increasing threats posed by international terrorist organizations.
The editor exceeded my request by dedicating an entire issue to this very topic- providing me with the option of writing the lead story.
I hope that this major article and the other articles in this edition of The Social Contract will serve its purpose- to wake up our fellow Americans and our leaders.
The clock is ticking and time is not on our side!
Please forward this e-mail and the links to as many folks as you can and request that they do the same.

Heroin Epidemic: The Real Metric for Determining Border Security

“Immigration ‘Reform’: Engineered Destruction of the Middle Class”

The real reason high-tech titans are lining up behind the amnesty effort.

On June 13, 2013 I was interviewed by Neil Cavuto at Fox News on the topic:

The interview ran about 4 minutes and is worth watching.

On April 4, 2014, CAPS (Californians for Population Stabilization) posted my commentary that asks the questions all Americans need to ask their political “representatives.”  My commentary is aptly titled:  “How? Why?

In his historic speech before the 3rd Army on May 31, 1944, General George S. Patton said, on the strategy of holding a position:

We’re not holding anything, we’ll let the Hun do that. We are advancing constantly, and we’re not interested in holding onto anything except the enemy.”

Pushing back against Comprehensive Immigration Reform is the same as holding position. The time has come for us to advance by demanding that our borders be made truly secure and our immigration laws be effectively administered and enforced.

Comprehensive Immigration Reform violates all of the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission but no one is willing to even consider how the lack of real border security and the lack of real integrity to the various components of the immigration system imperil national security and public safety.

The findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission must be the starting point for any discussion about immigration legislation.  That commission determined that a lack of border security, including the visa process. and fraud in the immigration benefits program, enabled terrorists to enter and embed themselves in the United States, as they went about their deadly preparations.

Immigration is not a single issue but a singular issue that impacts nearly every challenge and threat confronting the United States today!  Simply stated, the immigration laws were enacted to save lives and protect the jobs of American workers.  In point of fact, our borders and our immigration laws are America’s first line of defense and last line of defense against international terrorists and transnational criminals.
It is not “Anti-Immigrant” to be “Pro-American!”

Our armed forces are charged with securing America’s borders externally while the DHS is supposed to secure those same borders from within.  The failures of the DHS to live up to its half of the equation are undermining the efforts, valor and incredible sacrifices of Americas men and women who serve in our military!
If our government’s failures to protect American jobs by securing our nation’s borders and effectively enforcing our immigration laws concerns you or especially if it angers you, I ask you to call your Senators and Congressional “Representative. This is not only your right- it is your obligation!

All I ask is that you make it clear to our politicians that we are not as dumb as they hope we are!

We live in a perilous world and in a perilous era. The survival of our nation and the lives of our citizens hang in the balance.

American Lives Matter!

This is neither a Conservative issue, nor is it a Liberal issue- simply stated, this is most certainly an AMERICAN issue!

You are either part of the solution or you are a part of the problem!

Democracy is not a spectator sport!

Lead, follow or get out of the way!
