On September 11, 2017 Newsmax published my commentary on The Sixteenth Anniversary of the 9/11 Terror Attacks.
My article focused on how, notwithstanding the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission, globalists in government and the private sector who see in America’s borders and immigration laws, not a line of defense but an impediment to their wealth and are tirelessly working to undermine the efforts of the Trump administration to enforce our nation’s immigration laws to protect the lives and livelihoods of American citizens.
They are far more concerned with flooding America with cheap, compliant and exploitable labor than they are with protecting America and Americans.

Ever since that day, 16 years ago, I have dedicated myself to arming our fellow citizens and our political “leaders” with the truth and the facts. A fact that the 9/11 Commission came to understand and accept- simply stated, if the dysfunctional immigration system had functioned as it was supposed to, the attacks of 9/11 could not have happened.
These obvious facts were not only a major theme of the 9/11 Commission report and findings, but also for the staff of federal agents, from a variety of federal agencies, and for the attorneys who were assigned to assist the work of the 9/11 Commission. To this point, one of the reports that the 9/11 Commission staff produced was the “9/11 and Terrorist Travel – Staff Report of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States.” This report was one of several that members of the 9/11 Commission staff- the federal agents and the attorneys, wrote about the findings of the Commission,
This report focused specifically on the ability of the terrorists to travel around the world, enter the United States and ultimately embed themselves in the United States as they went about their deadly preparations.and carry out an attack. The preface of this report begins with the following paragraph:
“It is perhaps obvious to state that terrorists cannot plan and carry out attacks in the United States if they are unable to enter the country. Yet prior to September 11, while there were efforts to enhance border security, no agency of the U.S. government thought of border security as a tool in the counterterrorism arsenal. Indeed, even after 19 hijackers demonstrated the relative ease of obtaining a U.S. visa and gaining admission into the United States, border security still is not considered a cornerstone of national security policy. We believe, for reasons we discuss in the following pages, that it must be made one.”
The 9/11 Commission reported on how multiple failures of the immigration system, especially immigration fraud, enabled terrorists to enter the United States on numerous occasions and embed themselves as they went about their deadly preparations in towns and cities across the Untied States. The concerns of the Commission were not limited to the 19 hijackers who carried out the attacks on 9/11 but also included many other terrorists that the Commission identified as having operated in the United States in the decade leading up to September 11, 2001.
In the years since 9/11 still more deadly terror attacks have been carried out in the United States by aliens who had all gamed the visa process and/or other elements of the dysfunctional immigration system.
Sixteen years after the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 all too many of our political “leaders” have come to refuse to take the sage advice of the 9/11 Commission and refuse to listen to reason. It is undoubtedly difficult, if not impossible to hear when the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and a laundry list of deep-pocketed corporate executives and leaders of a wide array of “special interest” groups stuff so much money into their ears that blocks out the voice of reason and the voices of their true constituents- We the People!
It would appear that all of that cash acts even better than “Noise Cancelling Earphones” to prevent our leaders from hearing anything but the demands of their “Campaign contributors!”
Ignorance is not bliss. Knowledge is power so my article provides some cold hard facts for you to consider.

Being “Pro-Enforcement” is not “Anti-Immigrant.” Indeed, advocates for immigration anarchy are actually taking an “Anti-Immigrant” position by obfuscating the line that separates lawful immigrants from illegal alines. To provide a bit of clarity, while we are indeed a “Nation of immigrants” America is not a nation of trespassers. The difference between an immigrant and an illegal alien is comparable to the difference between a houseguest and a burglar.

On November 15, 2014 I was honored to join three true leaders in the United States Congress in a panel discussion on immigration- Senator Jeff Sessions and Congressmen Louis Gohmert and John Fleming. A video of this panel discussion has been posted on the David Horowitz Freedom Center’s website under the title, “IMMIGRATION WARS: An all-star panel takes on America’s immigration crisis at Restoration Weekend.”
The perspectives of these true leaders are well worth listening to.
To provide you with a bit of additional material, during my remarks at the panel discussion, I referenced my June 22, 2007 Op-Ed for the Washington Times, Immigration bill a ‘No Go’ that focused on my concerns about the previous attempt to enact Comprehensive Immigration Reform. Senator Jeff Sessions quoted from my commentary, on three separate dates, from the floor of the U.S. during the contentious floor debates in 2007 when Comprehensive Immigration Reform legislation was under consideration.. In my piece I recommended that Comprehensive Immigration Reform be given a more honest and descriptive title, I suggested that it be renamed the “Terrorist Assistance and Facilitation Act!”
Today our nation and our citizens face a list of challenges and threats- nearly every one of which is being exacerbated by long-standing failures of our nation to secure our borders and enforce our immigration laws. To be clear, it is not “Anti-Immigrant” to want these two issues to be dealt with effectively. In point of fact, the same immigration laws that mandate the categories of aliens to be kept our of our country and the terms under which aliens should be removed from our country have absolutely nothing to do with race, religion or ethnicity, also provide for the lawful admission of roughly one million lawful immigrants and the naturalization of hundreds of thousands of new citizens each year.
It is therefore a contradiction in terms and thinking to claim that it is “Anti-Immigrant” to support the effective enforcement and administration of our immigration laws
Let us be clear in our thinking- it is “Pro-Immigrant” to be “Pro-Enforcement!”
When the issue of immigration comes up most people purely focus on the lack of integrity to the border that is supposed to separate the United States from America. Clearly that border lacks integrity and represents little more than a speed bump to smugglers who transport illegal aliens and contraband including record quantities of dangerous drugs such as heroin and cocaine into the United States.
However, there are many more components to the immigration system including systems by which aliens are granted visas to enter the United States and various immigration benefits such as conferring employment authorization to aliens in the United States and also include the adjudications process by which aliens are granted lawful immigrant status and even United States citizenship.
All of these systems of the immigration system lack integrity. Aliens who have gone on to commit crimes and even participate in terrorist attacks have often been dissevered to have successfully gamed the immigration benefits program in order to embed themselves in communities around the United States as they went about their deadly preparations.

Our armed forces are charged with securing America’s borders externally while the DHS is supposed to secure those same borders from within. The failures of the DHS to live up to its half of the equation are undermining the efforts, valor and incredible sacrifices of Americas men and women who serve in our military!
If our government’s failures to protect American jobs by securing our nation’s borders and effectively enforcing our immigration laws concerns you or especially if it angers you, I ask you to call your Senators and Congressional “Representative. This is not only your right- it is your obligation!
All I ask is that you make it clear to our politicians that we are not as dumb as they hope we are!
We live in a perilous world and in a perilous era. The survival of our nation and the lives of our citizens hang in the balance.
American Lives Matter!
This is neither a Conservative issue, nor is it a Liberal issue- simply stated, this is most certainly an AMERICAN issue!
You are either part of the solution or you are a part of the problem!
Democracy is not a spectator sport!
