While the focus of my article is how the immigration system stands on the verge of utter anarchy, it must be noted that this breakdown in the effective enforcement of a fundamental set of laws is not only likely to spread to other laws, but has, in fact begun to lead to anarchy in laws involving motor vehicle laws, law concerning identity theft and other relating laws. As this cascade of anarchy continues, other laws will also fall victim to lawlessness. It is ironic that politicians who have made the “Broken Windows” approach to law enforcement a primary guiding principle many of these same leaders are just as willing to ignore the immigration laws and provide aliens who have violated our borders and our laws with lawful status. Mayor Rudy Giuliani, the former mayor of New York who garnered the sobriquet of “America’s mayor” because of his leadership of New York City following the terror attacks of 9/11 and the chaos it caused, has advocated providing illegal aliens with “tamper proof” identity documents.
Any document expert will tell you that there is no such thing as a tamper-proof document, just as their is no such thing as a “bullet proof” vest. Body armor is bullet resistant. Documents can be tampered with or, at the least, counterfeited. The issue is not only to make certain that counterfeiters don’t alter or counterfeit identity documents, but that the adjudications process leading to the issuance of such documents have real integrity.
There can not be integrity to a program that would provide potentially tens of millions of aliens who are “undocumented” meaning that they have no official and reliable identity documents. Furthermore, there is no way that these aliens could even be interviewed in person, let alone have field investigations conducted in any meaningful way to identify fraud. When would-be applicants discover how easy it is to game this system, they will be emboldened to submit fraud applications knowing that there would be virtually no risk of having their lies detected. They could lie about their names, their countries of citizenship and lie about when, where and how they entered the United States.
Politicians such as Chuck Schumer and Michael Bloomberg, the former mayor of New York City were enraged by people who trespassed on landmarks and on public housing projects demanding that those who would trespass be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Schumer even recommended that the penalties for trespassing on landmarks be increased from the current maximum of one year in prison to five years in prison, to deter those who would be contemplating committing that crime. However, Schumer was the architect of the agricultural provisions of the 1986 Amnesty that were part and parcel of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA). Schumer is now leading the charge for implementing a massive Comprehensive Immigration Reform program.
The lack of “Mouth / Ear Coordination” is stunning- their own ears cannot, apparently, the words that come out of their own mouths!
Simply stated, trespassing is trespassing. Running our border constitutes trespassing on the United States of America. Is it less serious a matter for foreign nationals to trespass on the United States than it is for a tourist to trespass on a New York City landmark? I would argue that the inverse is actually true.
What is also not generally known about Comprehensive Immigration Reform is the fact that it would also greatly increase the number of visas for foreign high-tech workers. This is why the “Masters of the Universe” such as Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg and their brethren in Silicon Valley and within the high-tech industries have pumped well over one billion dollars into pushing Comprehensive Immigration Reform. Even as they claim that there is a shortage of computer programmers, engineers and other STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) professionals, within the past couple of months they laid off approximately 20,000 such workers. As the saying goes, “This does not compute!”
On July 22, 2014 FrontPage Magazine published my article that explains what is really going on. Currently politicians and talks show hosts who call for reducing “ income inequality” or the corollary of promoting “income equality” are acting as little more than shills for the mega-wealthy executives of Silicon Valley. This article busts the myths and exposes the blatant lies: “Immigration ‘Reform’: Engineered Destruction of the Middle Class” The real reason high-tech titans are lining up behind the amnesty effort.
The real issue is not finding the facts, it is getting our fellow Americans to get involved and make their voices heard! America and Americans are being betrayed by their breeding bums. Analysts on major news programs recite the fact that the unemployment rate now stands at 5.6% provided that you ignore the plight of nearly 100 million American workers who are unemployed or underemployed. They scratch their heads and mutter about how the average family incomes continue to plummet, purportedly perplexed to understand how this could be happening.
Obama is proposing “free” two year degrees for students while it is increasingly obvious that a college education may no longer provide students who acquire those degrees with decent jobs and incomes, no matter what their course of study.
Most people make presumptions about things they hear- hoping that what is being said is what they want to have happen. Ask the average struggling worker about whether or not he (she) favors achieving income equality and more than likely with little hesitation they will favor such a proposal. Here is the catch- they have not been told and they are not likely to ask with whom they will achieve income equality. This is the key question that is never asked or answered.
How many times have you been on an elevator and as the doors are about to close someone will run towards the elevator and without a moment to spare, rather than look to see which way the arrow is pointing will ask, “Going up?” (Or perhaps, “Going down?”)
They certainly do not want to waste time going in the wrong direction.
This is the issue where establishing “income equality is concerned.” Before we were able to launch rockets into orbit around the earth, or beyond it was common knowledge that whatever went up must come down. Where paychecks are concerned, the corollary “Whatever goes down must come back up” does not work.
Think of how many hard working, highly skilled, highly educated and highly motivated American workers have lost their jobs and have had to replace those jobs, if they could, with jobs that paid much lower salaries. Believe it or not, this is a demonstration of reduction of income inequality. The pay gap between American middle class workers and America’s working poor is narrowing each and every day!
Be careful what you wish for- our politicians may deliver it to you on a plastic platter!

They are equally important to American workers who are facing unfair competition from foreign workers, aided and abetted by the administration and advocates for “Sanctuary Cities” and Comprehensive Immigration Reform,

On April 4, 2014, CAPS (Californians for Population Stabilization) posted my commentary that asks the questions all Americans need to ask their political “representatives.” My commentary is aptly titled: “How? Why?”
In his historic speech before the 3rd Army on May 31, 1944, General George S. Patton said, on the strategy of holding a position:
“We’re not holding anything, we’ll let the Hun do that. We are advancing constantly, and we’re not interested in holding onto anything except the enemy.”
Pushing back against Comprehensive Immigration Reform is the same as holding position. The time has come for us to advance by demanding that our borders be made truly secure and our immigration laws be effectively administered and enforced.
Comprehensive Immigration Reform violates all of the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission but no one is willing to even consider how the lack of real border security and the lack of real integrity to the various components of the immigration system imperil national security and public safety.
The findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission must be the starting point for any discussion about immigration legislation. That commission determined that a lack of border security, including the visa process. and fraud in the immigration benefits program, enabled terrorists to enter and embed themselves in the United States, as they went about their deadly preparations.
Immigration is not a single issue but a singular issue that impacts nearly every challenge and threat confronting the United States today! Simply stated, the immigration laws were enacted to save lives and protect the jobs of American workers. In point of fact, our borders and our immigration laws are America’s first line of defense and last line of defense against international terrorists and transnational criminals.
It is not “Anti-Immigrant” to be “Pro-American!”
Our armed forces are charged with securing America’s borders externally while the DHS is supposed to secure those same borders from within. The failures of the DHS to live up to its half of the equation are undermining the efforts, valor and incredible sacrifices of Americas men and women who serve in our military!
If our government’s failures to protect American jobs by securing our nation’s borders and effectively enforcing our immigration laws concerns you or especially if it angers you, I ask you to call your Senators and Congressional “Representative. This is not only your right- it is your obligation!
All I ask is that you make it clear to our politicians that we are not as dumb as they hope we are!
We live in a perilous world and in a perilous era. The survival of our nation and the lives of our citizens hang in the balance.
This is neither a Conservative issue, nor is it a Liberal issue- simply stated, this is most certainly an AMERICAN issue!
You are either part of the solution or you are a part of the problem!
Democracy is not a spectator sport!

Run for President.. You’re words are my thoughts spot on. The US needs a pro US President not a media satisfaction. Bill Clinton cleaned up our deficit; and GW Bush wiped out the coffers trying to replicate President Roosevelt turning war into profit (Except our manufacturing is done overseas). Remember how the war was supposed to pay for itself? I once read a academic paper that concluded the US can only operate in debt; and the morons in DC believed it. Opening the floodgates to Mexicans, Hondurans and others was to 1.) provide them a glimmer of hope (free everything including college 2.) Make them voters. 3.) work in our established service economy as cheap labor 4.) while our student graduates have to figure it out. The US Constitution has been trashed by LAWYERS (elected to government) to serve the 1 pct (and themselves). Lawyers don’t like things that work left alone.
Neither party wants to surrender the powers now in hands of President for he’s taken away the ability of The People to participate in government eg. Government is no longer working for the People but are career party members. This President should have been Impeached. Yet, time and again the Republicans say the didn’t counter Obama’s moves or bills because they didn’t have support; they do now and don’t plan to in the future. The mandatory health car law is an illegal tax fined by IRS penalty’s. Only Congress can pass a tax bill and this bill was enacted by Signing statement. BOTH parties are tossing the US Constitution in the trash for wealth power; turning the US into tool for their greed. Both Parties know making the US a melting pot of people will not create the force causing the American revolution in their lifetime because the ignorant will know no history but only work as cheap labor. The next President (from either Party will be a tool). We need a President who will.. 1.) Undo Globalization 2.) Undo Obama care 3.) Send the illegals home (go back 10 years.. No anchor babies) 2.) bring corporate responsibility back (Health care, education, benefits) 3.) bring back the martini and lunch tax deduction 5.) Improve the education system 6.) Build retirement system that works for all.
In closing, we need a “Real President” back in the White House who can surrender the Powers currently in the hands of the oval office. I’m waiting for the day Congress will announce how you can vote Online; and the People will have nothing to say..
