Thursday,
June 9th, I will be on the Alana Burke Show at 3:15 PM Eastern
Daylight Savings Time. Alana does a great job of getting
important information out to her audience in an engaging way and I
thoroughly enjoy being on her show that is broadcast from Redding,
California on Radio Station KCNR-1460AM.
As
always, there will be no shortage of “stuff” to discuss
including the Supreme Court ruling on the lawsuit filed by the ACLU in an effort to block the city of Hazleton, Pennsylvania from enforcing ordinances it passed to punish landlords who intentionally rent apartments to illegal aliens and employers who intentionally hire illegal aliens. I provided expert witness testimony at the trial,in 2007, at the behest of the mayor of that town, Mayor Lou Barletta, who is now a freshman member of Congress. Therefore, I have, as you might expect, a particular interest in this important decision.
