On the radio this morning, Monday, November 24th, beginning at 9:30 AM, Eastern Time

Hi Gang:

Kindly forward this e-mail to as many folks as you can and ask that those to whom you send this do the same- I am attempting to create a “Bucket Brigade of Truth!”

I will be appearing on two radio shows this morning, Monday, November 24th beginning at 9:30 AM, Eastern Standard Time when I join Sam Sorbo on her terrific show:
Here is the link to Sam’s program:

At 11:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, I will be a guest on Beth Ann Shoeneberg’s excellent show, “Commonsense Coalition Talk Radio (CSC Talk Radio).”  Her program is broadcast on numerous radio stations throughout the United States.

Here is a link to Beth Ann’s website and radio show:

I hope you will be listening-

You will not want to miss either of these excellent programs!

The focus of both of my appearances will be the fact that President Obama has apparently decided to “pull the trigger” on unilateral changes to immigration and America and Americans will wind up in the crosshairs!  While there have been no shortage of discussions about Obama’s action- most discussions focused on the issue of our Constitution and the legislative process.  This is of huge concern.  However, there are other aspects to this decision that are not being discussed in the mainstream media but are issues we will tackle this morning.

Consider that there will be no integrity to the system by which unknown millions of illegal aliens who evaded the inspections process will be granted official identity documents and temporary lawful status.  They will be able to receive Social Security Cards, Drivers’ licenses and other official identity documents.  This means no face to face interviews and no field investigations to determine the accuracy and truthfulness of answers to the questions that the applicants for this program will have to provide.

Obama will also grant more H-1B visas for foreign workers who are already displacing highly experienced and qualified high tech American workers.

ISIS Fighters Getting Caught Coming Across the U.S.-Mexican Border?

The New York Post Post article is sobering to say the least:

Homeland Security: We can’t stop ISIS from coming into US

September 10, 2014 | 4:11pm

Newsweek published an article on November 10, 2014 that addresses the difficulties in properly vetting Syrian rebels who claim to “moderates” who want to help us.  The issue is the inability to effectively vet 5,000 applications.  Imagine what will happen when we have to vet 5 million illegal alien or very possibly even more such aliens who are “undocumented” meaning that they have or, perhaps, are claiming to not have, official identity documents!

Here is how this Newsweek article begins:

Nothing has come in for more mockery during the Obama administration’s halting steps into the Syrian civil war than its employment of “moderate” to describe the kind of rebels it is willing to back. In one of the more widely cited japes, The New Yorker’s resident humorist, Andy Borowitz, presented a “Moderate Syrian Application Form,” in which applicants were asked to describe themselves as either “A) Moderate, B) Very moderate, C) Crazy moderate or D) Other.”

After Senator John McCain allegedly posed with Syrians “on our side” who turned out to be kidnappers—a report later called into question—Jon Stewart cracked, “Not everyone is going to be wearing their ‘HELLO I’M A TERRORIST’ name badge.”

Behind the jokes, however, is the deadly serious responsibility of the CIA and Defense Department to vet Syrians before they receive covert American training, aid and arms. But according to U.S. counterterrorism veterans, a system that worked pretty well during four decades of the Cold War has been no match for the linguistic, cultural, tribal and political complexities of the Middle East, especially now in Syria. “We’re completely out of our league,” one former CIA vetting expert declared on condition of anonymity, reflecting the consensus of intelligence professionals with firsthand knowledge of the Syrian situation. “To be really honest, very few people know how to vet well. It’s a very specialized skill. It’s extremely difficult to do well” in the best of circumstances, the former operative said. And in Syria it has proved impossible.

PFIR 2014 National Conference on Immigration, Conservation & Environment

November 18, 2014 | PFIR

Progressives for Immigration Reform held its 5th annual National Conference on Immigration, Conservation, and the Environment in Washington, DC on October 13, 2014. You may view videos of the presentations below.

Michael Cutler, Former INS Special Agent (Retired) – “The Liberal Case for Effective Immigration Law Enforcement”The point is that the immigration crisis is attributable to the failures of the United States and, in particular the current administration, to secure its borders and effectively enforce the immigration laws are undermining national security, public safety and public health and the overall safety and well-being of America and Americans.  Immigration is not about “Left” or “Right” but about right or wrong!

On November 10, 2014 Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS) posted my latest commentary:
The article can also be found in the original pdf version.

On June 17, 2012, just two days after Obama stood in the White House Rose Garden to announce this outrageous abuse of authority- Fox News Latino published my op-ed:
In my piece, among other points that I made, I said that what the president referred to as “prosecutorial discretion” actually constituted “Prosecutorial Deception.”
On July 2, 2013 the Washington Times published my Op-Ed:

Who will find the answers while there’s still time to prevent a disaster?

On June 13, 2013 I was interviewed by Neil Cavuto on the topic:

The interview runs about 4 minutes and is worth watching.

The importance of our borders and our immigration laws cannot be overemphasized.  In the war on terror and transnational gangs, they are our first line of defense and our last line of defense. They are equally important to American workers who are facing unfair competition from foreign workers, aided and abetted by the administration and advocates for “Sanctuary Cities” and Comprehensive Immigration Reform,
In his historic speech before the 3rd Army on May 31, 1944, General George S. Patton said, on the strategy of holding a position:

We’re not holding anything, we’ll let the Hun do that. We are advancing constantly, and we’re not interested in holding onto anything except the enemy.”

Pushing back against Comprehensive Immigration Reform is the same as holding position. The time has come for us to advance by demanding that our borders be made truly secure and our immigration laws be effectively administered and enforced.

Comprehensive Immigration Reform violates all of the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission but no one is willing to even consider how the lack of real border security and the lack of real integrity to the various components of the immigration system imperil national security and public safety.

The findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission must be the starting point for any discussion about immigration legislation.  That commission determined that a lack of border security, including the visa process. and fraud in the immigration benefits program, enabled terrorists to enter and embed themselves in the United States, as they went about their deadly preparations.

Immigration is not a single issue but a singular issue that impacts nearly every challenge and threat confronting the United States today!  Simply stated, the immigration laws were enacted to save lives and protect the jobs of American workers.  In point of fact, our borders and our immigration laws are America’s first line of defense and last line of defense against international terrorists and transnational criminals.
It is not “Anti-Immigrant” to be “Pro-American!”

Our armed forces are charged with securing America’s borders externally while the DHS is supposed to secure those same borders from within.  The failures of the DHS to live up to its half of the equation are undermining the efforts, valor and incredible sacrifices of Americas men and women who serve in our military!
If our government’s failures to protect American jobs by securing our nation’s borders and effectively enforcing our immigration laws concerns you or especially if it angers you, I ask you to call your Senators and Congressional “Representative. This is not only your right- it is your obligation!

All I ask is that you make it clear to our politicians that we are not as dumb as they hope we are!

We live in a perilous world and in a perilous era. The survival of our nation and the lives of our citizens hang in the balance.

This is neither a Conservative issue, nor is it a Liberal issue- simply stated, this is most certainly an AMERICAN issue!

You are either part of the solution or you are a part of the problem!

Democracy is not a spectator sport!

Lead, follow or get out of the way!
