As you likely know, my radio show, “The Michael Cutler Hour” aired last night and my guest was Horace Cooper. He has been a guest on my show a number of times and is always a terrific guest who provides perspectives and information that is rarely presented in the mainstream media.
Yesterday, Horace and I discussed a recent commentary he wrote about a new way the federal government will easily be able to track where we go. (Congress voted down legislation that would have provided this capability but with a few safeguards. Once again the administration resorted to implementing executive policies that not only provide Uncle Sam with this new ability to snoop, but without the safeguards that had been a part of the proposed legislation!)
George Orwell could not have imagined the level of intrusiveness and resultant loss of privacy that continues to be ratcheted up without the consent of the will of We the People as is supposed to be provided by Congress under the Constitution!
We also spent a bit of time on the wrong-headed proposal now being favored by some members of both political parties, of providing millions, or more likely, tens of millions of illegal aliens with lawful status and pathways to citizenship even though there is no reliable way to readily determine their true identities or backgrounds.
